Use our Return Portal to begin. You have 7 days from receiving your order to return it for a refund/store credit.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging

  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase

  • A 5% restocking fee applies to all orders

  • A 20% handling fee applies if items are returned dirty (e.g. hair, makeup stains)

Note:

  • Sale items can only be returned for a credit note (no refunds)

  • Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us—we’ll sort it out with a refund or replacement

Redo Return Protection (Australia & USA Only)

If you opt for Redo at checkout, you get a free return label and can return items for a refund, exchange, or store credit for full priced items only.

If you don’t select Redo, you can still return items, but you’ll cover return shipping.

International orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
