Typical shipping times

Major cities: 2-5 business days for standard shipping & 1-2 business days for express (after dispatch).

Rural areas: Standard shipping may extend up to 7 business days (remote locations).

Our goal is to dispatch your order within 2 business days. Although this depends on the order volumes at the time of purchase.

Please note we take no responsibility for stolen/lost packages, items sent to an incorrect address, or refunding/replacing packages in such instances. We are not liable for packages once they are in the possession of our shipping partners.

During sale periods, there might be a slight delay in dispatching parcels from the warehouse. Our objective is to dispatch packages within 14 business days during major sale events.

A pre-ordered item is one that is not currently stocked in our warehouse. When you buy a pre-order item, you are reserving it until we can dispatch it to you. We will keep you updated and provide an estimated ship date for any pre-order items.

Kindly note that if you purchase a pre-order item, we are unable to ship the rest of your order until the pre-ordered item reaches our shipping facilities. Shipping items separately is not possible, and exceptions cannot be made. If you wish to receive items not on pre-order before the expected arrival date, we suggest placing a separate order.

Ensure that your order number and name are included as references inside the package.

In the unfortunate event of receiving a faulty item (due to manufacturing issues), we are more than happy to facilitate an exchange or process a refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If items are not sent back in the same condition they were sent out, there will be a 20% reduction in store credit as a handling fee. Eg: If your returns are covered in dog/human hair, make up stains etc

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All sale items are non-refundable and are not eligible for a refund.

International orders are eligible for returns within 21 days of order delivery. To initiate and validate your return, kindly email our team at hello@plaiactive.com

Unfortunately, we do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders, so please use any prepaid and trackable return method to send the items to our warehouse. The shipping address is as follows:

Unfortunately, we do not exchange international orders. If you wish to exchange your item, please process it as a return and proceed to place a new order.

Once we receive your exchange or return, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to process it.

Our designs are born in Australia and are produced in ROC. We maintain a strong relationship and partner with fair labour manufacturers and produce limited quantities for sustainable fashion.
